Directions from major roadsFrom the Northeast: Take 69 South to 465 South to 70 West. Take the Shadeland Ave. Exit. Go right on Shadeland to the first intersection and turn right onto 21st. Street. Go to the second traffic light and turn left onto Arlington Avenue. Go to the Community MedPlex Building at 1201.
From the North:Take 31 South to 465 East to 70 West to Shadeland Avenue Exit. Go right on Shadeland to the first intersection and turn right onto 21st. Street. At the second traffic light turn left onto Arlington Avenue. Go to the Community MedPlex Building at 1201.
From the Northwest: Take 65 South to 70 East to the Emerson Avenue Exit. Go right on Emerson Avenue to the first intersection and turn left onto 21st Street. Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Arlington Avenue. Go to the Community MedPlex Building at 1201.
From the South: Take 65 North to 465 East to the Shadeland Avenue Exit. Go to the 3rd traffic light and turn left onto 10th Street. Go to the first traffic light and turn right onto Arlington Avenue. Go to the Community MedPlex Building at 1201.
