Fees:
Fees are based on several factors, especially the length of your pregnancy. They vary slightly depending on the Center. Please call the Center of your choice. We will be happy to provide you with the cost of your procedure.
Payment
Partial payment is due at your pre-abortion visit. The balance is due when you return for your procedure. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards, traveler’s, certified and cashier checks and money orders. Cash and personal checks are not accepted.
Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available from a private foundation for those living in households at or near the poverty level or on Medicaid. Call one of our Centers and we can provide more information and help with the application process.
What's included
Our fees are all-inclusive. There are no extra charges after you arrive at our Center. Everything is included except general anesthesia which is available for a modest additional fee at our Cincinnati and Dayton locations.

Insurance:
If you have insurance coverage, we will file a claim for you or assist you in filing one, depending on your specific policy. Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance for payment.
